I have worked in post-war and contemporary art since 2013, in Edinburgh and in London. In my professional career I worked at Christie's, in the Post-War and Contemporary Art Department, before becoming an Art Researcher for the Estate of Francis Bacon. I am now a Director at Murphy & Partners art advisory.

Through my experience and scholarly studies I have become an expert in galleries operating in post-war London: particularly the Hanover Gallery and its proprietor Erica Brausen. I am engaging as an independent curator and writer on various projects related to this subject, and am researching a book on the art world in the 20th century.
